RESPONSIBILITIES AND TIME COMMITMENT:

Band rehearsals happen every Thursday evening from 7-8:30 unless otherwise communicated.

Planning Center Online (PCO) is your lifeline of communication. All set list, call times, and schedules (roster) come through PCO. Please check your PCO account or email a minimal 2 times a week to preview any changes to set lists, schedules, dates etc. Download the Planning Center Online App for mobile access.

When Rostered…You will receive an email with the ability to “Accept” or “Decline” the invitation.  Part of being on the team is accepting the invitations to play or sing. Please respond as soon as possible. Rostering is sent out 1 month in advance giving plenty of time to respond.

Block out Dates -  Please take the time to block out any dates that you are not available. If you are scheduled but failed to block out the date please contact your team leader ASAP to assist in finding a replacement.

Set lists are added into Planning Center Online on Sunday evening, 5 days before the following Thursday rehearsal. Chord charts, MP3s, YouTube videos, and everything in-between can be accessed through Planning Center. You will receive a schedule and run sheet via PCO complete with chord charts and mp3’s of upcoming songs. Please stay flexible.

Be on time. Sound check times are posted on PCO and communicated on a weekly basis from your Worship Leader or Music Director.
