PASTOR RON & SANDY JOHNSON

Ron & Sandy are the Founding Pastors and apostolic overseers of the One Church family of churches. Through the 44 plus years of their ministry together, they have impacted countless lives, having served as international missionaries, and then for more than 16 years leading one of the 25 largest churches in the Assemblies of God. Through powerful teaching ministry, warm love for people, and apostolic leadership gifting, they continue to “bear fruit” in this season. However, the greatest description of their lives is that they are "Dad & Mom", not just to the One Church family of churches, but to many pastors, churches and related ministries beyond One Church. The small group which began in their living room over 40 years ago has now become the seedbed for multiple church plants as well as One School of the Arts and Sciences and literally thousands of lives have been impacted by the grace and goodness of the Lord Jesus.

As One Church enters yet another season of the faithfulness of God, it is Ron and Sandy’s vision and prayer that the next generation is discipled and encouraged to find and fulfill their God ordained spiritual destiny

LEAD PASTORS

PaStor MIKE AND KATHLEEN VILADESAU

Pastor Mike and Kathleen are the Lead Pastors at the Markham Woods Community. Pastor Mike has been serving in ministry for nearly two decades. His journey began right here at Markham Woods nearly 25 years ago where his life was radically transformed by the power of God. Mike and Kathleen met and married while serving at Markham. They served in ministry in the Orlando area as worship and associate pastors before returning to the One Church family in Spring of 2016 with their 6 children. Mike and Kathleen have a passion for the local church, a passion for families and an immense desire to see people encounter God and become deeply rooted in His Word.
